The Online Counsellor is not intended to be a replacement for personal consultations with a trained guidance or career counsellor. Remember that researching good, reliable information is only the first step to creating a solid learning plan. The information provided through this tool should be shared with a qualified counsellor in a face-to-face meeting. A counsellor can help evaluate your plan, and fill in any missing pieces. Very often, a counsellor can make you aware of options and possibilities that you would never have considered on your own.
The Online Counsellors will never try to assess the value of a program, service or institution. The Online Counsellor will never steer you towards a particular learning institution, program, or service.
The aim of the Online Counsellor is to provide general information about a broad range of options. It is up to you (and your counsellor) to assess your options and make your decision.
